When We First Moved Into Our New House Over 15 Years Ago We Fell In Love With The Landscape. Our Brick Ranch House Sat Under A Variety Of Mature 30+ Foot Tall Trees.
What We Found Under Those Trees In The Backyard Was Much Less Exciting - A Destructive Honeysuckle Jungle Hiding A Steep Ravine Full Of Invasive Vines, Damaging Bug Nests, Massive Amounts Of Poison Ivy, And Lots And Lots Of Mosquitoes. It Was Full Of Green But Not Much Good.
We Looked At It But Kept Our Distance. That Was Until We Began To Evolve The Space Slowly, Naturally, Using A Permaculture Approach Which Over Time Has Led To Amazing Results. We Now Have A Vibrant, Healthy Ecosystem To Enjoy.
